Our firm has extensive experience in the areas of downtown redevelopment, and can bring valuable insight into the various sequences involved in the approval process. Over the past five years, Andrew Douglas, AIA has assisted various clients on more then twenty downtown projects, working with both private and public sector clients on mixed-use, urban redevelopment. Specific services offered include zoning analysis, conceptual development studies, feasibility studies, concept modeling, expediting approvals from the San Antonio Historic and Design Review Commission, assisting with the City of San Antonio Developer Score Card approval process and attaining building permits.
